1. Logistics & Shipping
As a factory, we offer flexible shipping terms tailored to each order:
Incoterms: We support multiple delivery methods, including FOB, CIF, DDP, and DAP, depending on your location and import capabilities.
Tailored Solutions: Shipping costs and lead times are calculated on a “case-by-case” basis, factoring in order volume, battery handling regulations, and current freight market rates.
Tracking: Once your bulk order or sample is dispatched, dedicated tracking information and shipping documents (Bill of Lading, Packing List, etc.) will be provided by your account manager.
2. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Production Orders: Since E-bikes are manufactured based on specific technical requests, once production has commenced as per the signed contract and deposit received, orders are generally non-cancelable.
Refunds: Refunds are handled individually according to the specific terms outlined in your Sales Contract. Usually, any payment adjustments are processed via credit for future orders or as negotiated in cases of force majeure.
3. After-Sales & Warranty (The “Trust” Factor)
While every deal is unique, we stand behind our quality:
Core Components: We typically provide a limited warranty on major parts (Frame, Motor, Battery, Controller). The specific duration (e.g., 12–24 months) will be specified in your contract.
Technical Support: We provide lifetime technical consultation and video guidance for assembly and maintenance for all our B2B partners.
Replacement Parts: For bulk orders, we can negotiate a percentage of “wear-and-tear” spare parts to be included in your container for immediate local servicing.
